The data center where the HE server resides experienced some difficulties over the weekend which resulted in a few days of downtime.

If you've just found that your password isn't working, don't stress. There was a minor incident today and the passwords of several accounts were reset. It's nothing serious, just annoying. No accounts were compromised and all of your account information is safe.
