I am so tired but can't sleep at all. Every time i close my eyes i starts to figet or just open them again. Don't know why but this has been happening for about a week. I most likely have only had an half hour to an hour of sleep a night. Anyone have any ideas about how i can sleep more before i go insane.

well at school me and my best friend had fight. i dont know why it started. one minute were talking the next we are yelling. so now me and her are not talking any as you have guessed and i still dont know why we fought.
