If you got a quiet enough spot, do some jumping jacks. It'll wake you up initially, yeah, but if you can pull off enough to make you sweat, then
that's good. Anyway, after that, settle down to a good movie. If you're not sick or anything like that, about 45 minutes into the film, you
should be out cold.
