| Use this css layout generator to customize the look of your profile. It's still an early version (currently version 1.1) so feel free to give your thoughts, ideas, questions, and feedback in the member profiles forum. You can also go there for help if you need it. Note the style sheets created may be slighty different if you have used an earlier version. Instructions For the background and text colors, you may use the name of the color (red, blue, green) or the Hex code (#ff0000, #0000ff, #00ff00) if you know how. Background images are optional. Use the complete URL (link) for the images. Leave the other background image settings at normal if you did not use an image for it. To use background images you must have them hosted somewhere on the web. PhotoBucket is a good free image hosting site. See the forums for more information. If you use a list of more then one font (Verdana, Arial, Helvetica), the first font you list will be displayed. If the person viewing your profile does not have that font, it will go down the list until it finds one that person has. If you do not understand what a setting does, leave it at normal, or use the link above to visit the help forums.Tips and Tricks If you want to put a background image in your Inner Page Background area, try making Backgrounds A and Backgrounds B see-through by using the color "transparent". You can make your full page background more visible by making the Inner Page Background and the Outer Border transparent. |
